What Microsoft 365 licence do you sell?
Microsoft 365 Business Premium at R400 per user per month.
The calculator describes that line as productivity, identity, security and device-management licensing. It suits a small business that wants one Microsoft suite rather than a mix of unpaid mail and shared spreadsheets. We do not invent a cheaper SKU on this page. If Business Premium is the wrong edition for your count or your apps, we say so before you buy it.

What does day-to-day management look like?
Someone has to create the joiner, remove the leaver, and notice when a shared mailbox is the only copy of a customer’s history.

How do you back up Microsoft 365?
R65 per user per month for managed Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams backup.
That is a separate line from Business Premium. A deleted mailbox is not “in the cloud somewhere” unless a backup product is actually keeping it. How does this sit next to managed IT?
Microsoft 365 is the tenant. Managed IT services is the helpdesk, monitoring and patching around the PCs and the rest of the network.

- Partner: R950 per user per month (from R750 per user per month on a 12-month term).

- Contact us for a quote. Mailbox counts, archives, shared drives and cutover timing change the work, and we do not publish a fixed migration price.
- Do I still need managed IT if I have Microsoft 365?
- Usually, if someone must answer when Word will not open, a laptop fails, or a leaver still has access on Monday. Managed IT Starter is R650 per user per month and Partner is R950 per user per month, month to month. Microsoft 365 is the licensing line beside that, not a substitute for it.
