What information we collect

Contact and enquiry forms: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the details you include in your message.
Chat widget: the details you choose to share with our chat assistant, including lead-capture fields such as name, email, phone, and company.
Calculator and quote requests: the service selections and contact details you submit when requesting an estimate.

Who we share your information with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers (operators) needed to run our business, each bound by appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards:

Netlify — website hosting and form processing.
Resend — transactional email delivery.
Snipcart — secure payment processing for online shop orders.

Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law (for example, tax and accounting records). Enquiry data that does not lead to an engagement is periodically reviewed and deleted.

Your rights as a data subject
